Join Muslim Social Services as we honour and celebrate all of the incredible Muslim community builders in Waterloo Region. This inspiring evening will bring together both Muslim and non-Muslim community members to honor the remarkable achievements of local leaders, volunteers, businesses, and community partners who have made significant contributions to fostering a healthy, inclusive, and resilient Waterloo Region. Nominations will open September 9th.
Attendees can look forward to enjoying halal buffet meal, an exciting keynote speaker (to be announced), a silent auction, and opportunities to learn about creating culturally sensitive and inclusive community spaces.
All proceeds from this event will go to support Muslim Social Services’ culturally and spiritually inclusive mental health services, ensuring that everyone in Waterloo Region has access to the tools and programs necessary to support their wellbeing.
