The indoor triathlon winter series is a non-traditional triathlon that takes place indoors and consists of swimming, cycling, and running: Swimming: Takes place in an indoor pool.
Cycling: Takes place on stationary bikes.
Running: Takes place outdoors on the multipurpose trail weather permitting. Inside around soccer field or on treadmills if the weather is bad.
They are a great way for beginners to get started, and for experienced triathletes to test their fitness before the next racing season.
