MRI for MRI Radiographers Course

The course begins with a session on running an efficient and effective MRI service, led by Jenny Jones and Dr. Darren Hudson. Dr. Peter Wright will then provide an essential MRI safety update, followed by Guerbet's presentation on the latest advancements in MRI contrast. The afternoon sessions cover specialized topics including Gynae MRI, Rectal MRI practicalities presented by Jenny Jones, and advanced image optimization techniques by Dr. Darren Hudson.

Day two opens with Jenny Jones discussing the implications of new working methods, followed by Kathryn Isaacs’ insights into Paediatric MRI. Professor Jimmy Bell will explore the pivotal role of radiographers in big imaging data analysis, and Dr. Peter Wright will update attendees on DWI and other advanced sequences. The afternoon sessions focus on Liver MRI with Professor Mark Callaway and conclude with a detailed session on Breast MRI.
