About the Author:
Nancy grew up in Roanoke, Virginia. She earned a B.A. from Wake Forest University, an M.A. from Radford University, and an Ed.S. from Georgia State University, all in the field of psychology. She has worked as a college instructor, assistant director of admissions, and director of freshman orientation and student counseling. Nancy also worked in personnel, served as director of a management training program, and rounded out her career as a School Psychologist in a large metropolitan Atlanta school system. She retired to the mountains of North Carolina in 2014 where she spends her time reading, writing, hiking and biking.
About The Book:
What’s a kitty to do? Mr. Witty, a wise old tabby cat, discovers a problem in his neighborhood: while his People love allanimals, there are other households composed of “Cat People” who adore cats but shun other animals (namely dogs), while others are “Dog People”, those who won’t have anything to do with cats! With the help of his furry friends, Mr. Witty devises a plan to help Cat and Dog People see each other’s point of view.

About the Author:
Stacy Brooks PhD, taught at Hopi Day School, in Kydotsmovi, AZ. During her time there, she and a "rez" dog befriended each other until returning to Boone, NC together. After returning, Stacy graduated from Pacifica Graduate Institute receiving a doctorate in Mythology with emphasis on Depth Psychology. She continues to live in Boone, with a dog, Sophia and a cat, Jasmine. After 10 years in NC, Lady the rez dog, crossed the Rainbow Bridge.
About The Book:
Lady is a feral dog, being rescued by a young girl. Lady is very fearful of people and it takes a long time to become friends. Terra asks a little more from Lady every time Lady visits, but Lady always returns. Excellent for therapists and educators working with children and families coping with fear or professionals working with humane societies or animal rescues. Coloring book.
