$11 per person, 11 months and under are FREE. Adults and children require tickets for entry.
FOOD / DRINKS
Big Star's full menu, including a kids brunch menu, will be available for purchase during Mr. Dave's set. Guests are welcome to stick around post show to eat, drink and enjoy their Sunday. ABOUT BIG STAR
An homage to the honky-tonk bars found around Bakersfield, California, Big Star is Chicago’s bourbon and beer-focused, taco-slinging, honky-tonk hangout and industry favorite, with two locations in Chicago’s Wicker Park and Wrigleyville neighborhoods. Offering new takes on authentic Mexican street food by Executive Chef-Partner Paul Kahan and Culinary Director Chris Miller, house staples include al Pastor, Baja and Panza tacos using house-made tortillas, along with vegan and vegetarian options such as the Tostada de Hongos. The extensive bourbon program is unlike any other in the country and boasts 20 exclusive House Barrel selections straight from the heart of Kentucky. The taqueria’s eclectic soundtrack ranges from classic country to 70s rock & roll, selected and spun by a musically talented bar staff. As a result, Big Star Recording Co. was launched in 2016 with their first LP “Bucking The Tiger” by Quarter Mile Thunder. HELPFUL TIPS
This show is rain or shine and will take place indoors on Big Star's 1st floor with retractable windows that open to the patio to allow fresh air to circulate throughout the venue.
Limited high chairs and booster seats available, please plan accordingly.
Changing tables and family restrooms are available on site.
Strollers are welcome.
Please make sure all little musicians are with your party after the event.
Street parking is available nearby on neighboring streets.
