MPSU's most anticipated event of the year is happening!
We’d like to invite you to the one of MPSU’s most anticipated events;
the MPSU Graduation Ball 2024!
We welcome the 2024 graduating class from the Faculty of Ph*rm*cy and
Pharmaceutical Sciences, and their friends and partners to this event,
held at Aerial South Wharf on Thursday 21st November from 7-11pm.
This night will be an opportunity to catch up and spend time with
friends and classmates, enjoy a delicious three course meal and a
variety of beverages and dance the night
away!
The event will feature a live DJ, a roving photographer and photo
booths to help you capture the magic and memories of the evening. We
will also be providing some gifts to attendees!!
This event is brought to you by Monash Parkville Student Union (MPSU).

Please designate a table representative, where you will list that person's name (please provide their first and last name) on the form so we can try to put you and your friends all on one table!
Tickets are non-refundable unless an uncontrollable situation (e.g.: lockdown / gathering restrictions) prevents the event from occurring.

On sale from Tuesday 17th September at 5:00 PM until Sunday 6th October at 12:00 AM (Midnight)
General Release Tickets
General Single Ticket $130
On sale from Monday 7th October at 8:00 AM until Monday 21st October at 12:00 AM (Midnight)
18+ Attendees Only
This event is 18+ ONLY due to the provision of alcoholic beverages onsite. Please bring a physical copy of a valid ID (driver's license, passport or proof of age card) which will be checked upon entry along with your ticket, otherwise you may be refused entry. A photo or scan of such ID is not acceptable.
You may also be refused entry if the venue deems you to be highly inebriated upon entry.
Correct Name on Ticket
In order to maintain proper contact tracing, all tickets must have the correct name and contact information of the attendee using that ticket. Please ensure you update the details on your ticket before arriving at the venue. You may also be asked to scan a QR code at the venue upon entry for contact tracing purposes.

How are you getting home?
We'd recommend working out how you're going to get home now, before you leave for the event.
Located in South Wharf, close to MCEC and hotels, and conveniently near DFO parking, with easy access to transport
Please note, that some train lines do not run late night services, so please plan your journey home accordingly. Otherwise, we recommend taking a ride-hailing service (e.g. Uber) to take you home safely.
