One of MPSU's most anticipated event for our grad students is happening soon!
We'd like to invite you to the Grad Ball for the Class of 2021 at San Remo Ballroom.
Enjoy an unforgettable night with your friends and peers with dancing, food and drinks and a live DJ, celebrating your amazing years and time at Parkville. Take heaps of photos with your friends and take home memories and something to keep with our variety of photo booths. A 3 course meal is provided for each attendee, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided.
This event is brought to you by Monash Parkville Student Union (MPSU).
Please note that due to venue requirements, you must have be fully vaccinated when in attendance to this event. Proof of vaccination will be required.
Ticket DetailsYou can purchase tickets as a full table (10 people) which is preferable, or individual tickets (up to and including 9 tickets), where MPSU will try our best to place you with another party to fill up a full table. Please designate a table representative, where you will list that person's name on the form so we can put you and your friends all on one table!
Tickets are non-refundable unless an uncontrollable situation (e.g: lockdown / gathering restrictions) prevents the event from occurring.
In the case of an uncontrollable situation, ticket refunds for individuals part of a table will not be offered and only whole table refunds can be offered. Refunds are also subjective to MPSU approval.

Please note that due to venue requirements, you must have be fully vaccinated when in attendance to this event. Proof of vaccination will be required.
18+ Attendees Only
This event is 18+ ONLY due to the provision of alcoholic beverages onsite. Please bring a physical copy of a valid ID (driver's license, passport or proof of age card) which will be checked upon entry along with your ticket, otherwise you may be refused entry. A photo or scan of such ID is not acceptable.
You may also be refused entry if the venue deems you to be highly inebriated upon entry.
Correct Name on Ticket
In order to maintain proper COVID-19 contact tracing, all tickets must have the correct name and contact information of the attendee using that ticket. Please ensure you update the details on your ticket before arriving at the venue. You may also be asked to scan a QR code at the venue upon entry for contact tracing purposes.

How are you getting home?
We'd recommend working out how you're going to get home now, before you leave for the event.
There are trams surrounding the streets of the venue, with trams running to Bourke St / Elizabeth St. Please note, that some train lines do not run late night services, so please plan your journey home accordingly. Otherwise, we recommend taking a ride-hailing service (e.g. Uber) to take you home safely.
