Beginning Tuesday, September 16th at PURE Dance Academy, 80 Keil Dr. S in Chatham, Ontario. The class will run for 4 consecutive Tuesdays.
Registration is limited to 12 women.
This is our 4-module, no nonsense introductory program which teaches you how to defend against straight-on attacks such as a grab, shove, punch, or choke. You will quickly, and effectively learn how to defend yourself against these attacks, develop basic striking skills, and quickly disengage to safety. Class size is limited to 12 women.
