About this Event
Come and join the MPDP Saturday Soccer Leagues. This league will meet on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 11:30 pm at the Centennial Sportsplex beginning on Saturday, October 25th and continuing through November 15th (No Meeting on 11/8 due to Swim Meet). This is a co-ed league, and athletes should come wearing athletic shorts and tennis shoes or rubber cleats (not required). Athletes ARE REQUIRED to wear shin guards to participate. We will have shin guards that athletes can borrow, but recommend athletes bring their own if they have them. We will provide jerseys each week, and will collect and wash them at the end of each game day.
Activities are weather dependent and maybe cancelled if any of the following conditions are met:
- Temperature below 50*F
- Rain or Forecasted Rain Chances over 50%
- Wet or Muddy Field Conditions
Athletes should bring their own water bottles and a chair if needed.
We will have selected athletes participating in the Special Olympics Soccer Competition on Monday, November 17th in Williamson County. More information about this event will be sent to those who register for the league. SO Rosters will be assigned on November 1st. Late registrants will automatically be alternates for that event.
