RECONNECT ~ REJUVENATE ~ REINVIGORATE Join Zen Zen Zo Physical Theatre for a Weekend Workshop (Sat 28 & Sun 29 Sept ) or a 5-day Physical Theatre Training Program (Sat 28 Sept – Wed 2 Oct) in Mparntwe! In partnership with Regional Arts Australia, Australian Government RAF, Red Hot Arts Central Australia and Desert Festival, Zen Zen Zo will deliver a collection of workshops to reconnect, rejuvenate and reinvigorate your practice.
MPARNTWE STOMP CURRICULUM (9.30am-5pm):
Day 1 (Sat 28 Sept): General Introduction to Physical Theatre Training
Day 2 (Sun 29 Sept): General Introduction to Devising and the Creation of New Work
Day 3-4 (Mon 30 Sept & Tues 1 Oct): Training in Zen Zen Zo's Specialty Methods (Suzuki Method, Butoh, Viewpoints, Composition)
Day 5 (Wed 2 Oct: Advanced Training & Devising + in an In-Studio Showing
COURSE FEES:
Weekend Only: $160 / $120 (Early Bird*)
5-Day Program: $280/ $240 (Early Bird)
3-Day Masterclass**: $190 / $150 (Early Bird)
* Early-Bird rate = Booked & paid by 6 September 2024.
**Masterclass open to participants who have prior experience with Zen Zen Zo or elsewhere in the Suzuki Method, Viewpoints & Butoh.
