About this Event
Whether you're new to writing, want to work on a larger project, or just want to strengthen your techniques, this class will inspire your creativity. It is a small sized gathering for deeper personal connection.
What we will do:
Move: Practice Qigong moves specifically chosen to get help facilitate the creative process and alleviate chronic stress.
Meditate: Using Zen Koans and other mind focusing phrases and images we listen to the creative voice within.
Write: Putting pen or colored pencil to paper, we'll attempt to capture what is revealing itself.
Share: Encouraged but not required, sharing what we create and getting positive feedback, promotes further creative blossoming.
