Moving with the Sacred Sefirot (6 sessions)

Tuesdays, Apr 30-Jun 4 | 7:30-9pm

In this 6 week series during the counting of the omer, we will embody the kabbalistic sefirot. Each session we will learn about the sefirah, dance to a carefully crafted soundscape, journal and draw, sing and connect with each other.

No experience necessary. We move in our unique way, listening to our body. There is no choreography to follow. You can also lie down and rest, dance from a chair, write in your journal and take in the music and teachings in any way that feels comfortable to you.
