Moving with a Broken Heart. Grief Yoga

The Hallmark holiday of Valentine's Day can make people experiencing loss feel alone and unseen. You are invited to an all-levels experience that includes a time for free-flow journaling with prompts. You will then move through the Compassionate Cycle of Transformation. You will use yoga, movement, breath and sound to release struggle. This makes room to honor and remember with more love than pain. Please bring your own mat. Blocks and bolsters are provided.
Jen will be facilitating this event; bringing her grief yoga training and peer to peer grief educator experience. Her deep knowledge from 29 years as a physical therapist assistant, in a Regional Hospital System, brings forth significant empathy and compassion.
