Maybe you are into learning more about our koshas or maybe you're looking for continuing ed hours? This 10 hour C.E. course is led by Stina and designed to give you an understanding of the different layers (koshas) that make up our being. We will explore meditation, breath work, movement, energetic anatomy and more. There will be homework to help foster personal responsibility for your own practice or one you may share with others. All are welcome!
Yoga teachers can count this for 10 continuing ed hours for Yoga Alliance (Stina is a YACEP through Yoga Alliance)
Held on Sundays, in-person and you must attend all 3 for credit: 9/7, 9/14, 9/21 from 12-3 pm
