Join Nicole Edwards for a guided Kundalini Yoga intensive to learn the skills of working with the change of season. This specialised journey takes you on a focused practice of breathwork, somatic movement and dance, dynamic kriya, mantra meditation, and sound healing with gongs, bowls, and bells, for stress reduction, the effects of allostatic load, support for vitality, as well as for uplifting the spirit.

About Nicole
Nicole Edwards is a Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, and trauma informed teacher, as well as Sound Healer, with a background in classical dance and the philosophy of movement. Nicole is a Psychotherapist/ Counsellor in training, and shares her passion of somatic expression across the Gold Coast and beyond.
