A free 4-session course to help navigate loss, providing a supportive space for participants to understand, process, and cope with loss and grief. Through psychoeducation, group discussions, and reflection, participants will learn to navigate the emotional impact of loss, rebuild their lives, and find new meaning. 5:00-7:00 PM
Week 1: March 11 - Intro to Grief and its Impact
Week 2: March 18 - Moving Through Grief
Week 3: March 25 - Rebuilding after Loss and Finding Meaning
Week 4: April 1 - Integrating Grief and Moving Forward
