What is Moving Spirit?This is a conscious dance experience that complements and integrates the practices we love, giving you the opportunity to connect deeply and joyfully with your self and with each other.
My intention is to collaborate with teachers from the different conscious dance paths who I learn so much from, as well as other complementary modalities, and of course, other great musicians to keep the beat alive!
