Come and deepen your self-love through dance , sensual embodiment practices and nourishing connections with other beautiful souls ❤ Together we create a safe and sacred container for the exploration, and of course you are welcome to move with and in it - as much as feels comfortable for you. No right or wrong - we all move in different speed and form, and the space is for us to become real, vulnerable, open and comfortable - so we don't need to hide or pretend or cover up - all this feminine juicyness and sensitivity that is our nature.

Moving Love is about movement, embodiment & connection.
It's about finding pathways back our own heart - a dance practice for you who feels drawn to journey deeper in yourself, experiencing more expanded spaces of your being. In this space we can give ourselves a break from the mental stories of who and what we are, and moving into direct experience of the beautiful life energy that flows in and as ourselves
With dance, presence-practices and play - Moving Love is an invitation to be more loving, playful, sensitive, real and intimate - with your own heart.
*** About me ***
I have always been dancing, and in addition to having a background in many different contemporary dance practices - dancing freely & intuitively, just as my body feels like - has always been my "freespace", a way to connect with my essence, my inner world. It is a way to listen to myself and to feel self love.
I have 20 years of experience in holding Moving Love classes - a practice which was born out of this passion for dancing freely - combined with the deep longing to realise my true self, to come home to the Heart and to Love.
This practice is about learning to connect both inwardly and outwardly in real, nourishing and fulfilling ways.
I am also devoted to practicing meditation and various self-development tools in ongoing retreats with my beloved Master and have been doing that for the past 20 years.
To be able to share loving, authentic, true presence in the heart and being - is the most beautiful thing I can experience with others. It has formed an ongoing exploration of dance and embodiment and learning about love - which is Moving Love.
