? Walk, Stretch, and Chill the F*ck Out! ?
Hey there, lovely humans! Ready to kick back, unplug, and get your zen on? Join me for Moving Mindfulness in the Park, where we’ll spend 2 glorious hours getting out in nature, moving our bodies, and basically hitting “pause” on the chaos of life.
This month's event takes place at Daubenspeck Community Nature Preserve.
Picture this: We’ll wander through some gorgeous trails, take in the fresh air, and throw in some chill stretches that’ll make your body go, “Ahhh, yes!” We might even throw down a little yoga sesh—no pressure, no fancy poses, just whatever feels good in the moment. ?♀️ There might be some quiet time for meditation (or just daydreaming), fun activities to keep things interesting, and maybe a few affirmations to remind you that you’re a badass.
What to Bring:
- Water, because hydration is key, bitches
- Walking shoes and stretchy clothes—something that lets you move comfortably without distractions
- Towel for your feet if you want to put your feet in some water
- An optional yoga mat if you’re feeling extra zen
- Snacks, because we all get hangry, but let’s leave no trace—keep our park looking cute!
And because we’re all about good karma, we’ll also have bags on hand to help us pick up any litter we find, because we believe in spreading good vibes and taking care of our beautiful planet.
So, if you’re ready to connect with nature, align your chakras, and maybe even drop an F-bomb or two in the name of mindfulness, this is the event for you.
