Moving Meditation (Vinyasa) with Darcy
Come join us for a rejuvenating Vinyasa yoga session led by the amazing Darcy! This in-person event will take place at 871 Court St, where you can immerse yourself in a meditative flow of movement and breath. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, Darcy's class is suitable for all levels. So grab your mat, water bottle, and get ready to flow with us!
*Registration for classes ends 48 hours before the start date to give Yogis time to prepare for the number of students.
*If only 1 person registers for a class, you may be placed into a class with more attendance (mutually compatible with your schedule). Your Instructor will notify you if this is the case.
*If this is an online class, you will receive a zoom link invite after registration.
