Moving into Stillness: Evening Yoga with Una

Stretch away the mid week stress with our evening yoga sessions in the calming setting of the cathedral. The sessions, led by local practitioner Una Bentley, will combine gentle yoga movements (asana), with breathing (pranayama), meditation, and relaxation.

Una’s approach is that nearly everyone can practise yoga, regardless of age and ability, and modifications will be offered.

The sessions will be in the main Cathedral and there are accessible toilets on this level. Please do bring a mat with you if you are able and feel free to bring a cushion, blanket, yoga blocks, water bottle or anything else you may require.

Before attending the class please ensure that you have filled out the health questionnaire via the link which will be sent out in the confirmation email.

Doors will open 15 minutes before the start of the session.
