And, yes, we have to BE BRAVE to overcome our fears along the way. It is a choice that ‘changes the face of aging.’ This 6-week class provides tools, exercises, and a loving support group that gently encourages improved mental health and greater life satisfaction.Class will be held: 4/4, 4/11, 4/18, 4/25. 5/2 and 5/9 from 10am-Noon at Valley of the Sun JCC
Susan Brooks is 77 years young, and proud of it! Yes, I’m still a hippie from the 60’s. I marched for civil rights for all humans, especially equal rights for women, waving my bra with the best. I was an award-winning woman business owner when there were but a few of us. Still growing in a 57 year old marriage, I survived motherhood, and so did my now-adult children. Trailblazer that I am, and always will be, this Program nurtures and champions women on their re-wiring journey!
