The music comes in, the moves come out. Rhythm, our mother tongue. No one needs to tell us how to dance. And if we’re curious, if we’re willing, if the music is a wave of 5Rhythms we can harness this primal response to the beat. There is a map that turns the instinct of movement into the healing of meditation. We can turn in, let in, move in. And then turn out, let out, move out. We can let go, empty, re-arrange. So that we might shape-shift, reimagine, and transform. Finally, we might unify, integrate, and be still.
