Make a plan to join us Wednesday, October 15th, at 7pm, at our IWV Ridgecrest campus, to celebrate Filipino History Month with a special showing of: Wayne's Word! Starring Mike Myers, Dana Carvey, and Filipina American actress Tia Carrere!In collaboration with the Music Club, Student Services United, and the UFW Foundation, we have planned a wonderful evening of fun, film, music, and community!
There is no cost and it's open to the public. Join us us for food, popcorn, and drinks, as well as games and activities, and information about a number of our amazing student clubs and resources.
Movie starts at sundown, at the outdoor Learning Terrace. Arrive early to enjoy the festivities. In the event of weather, the event will not be cancelled but moved indoors to be held in our Lecture Center. See you soon, friends.
