Top of Virginia Hockey Alliance and Frederick County Parks and Recreation are excited to bring a unique twist on a summer tradition. It starts with open skate (rental available) from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm with the playing of the Disney's Mighty Ducks starting at 8:30 pm inside ToV Hockey's rink. This is a FREE event.
