Gym Etiquette and Rules:
To ensure a clean and safe environment for all members, we kindly request that you follow these guidelines:
- Footwear: Please remove your shoes before entering the gym area. This helps maintain the cleanliness and condition of our facilities.
- Food Hydration: Water bottles with lids are welcome, but please refrain from bringing outside food, juice, milk, or soda into the gym (you are welcome to consume outside to avoid spills on the mats). This policy helps us maintain a clean and hygienic environment for everyone. Gym-friendly snacks are available at the door (cash only).
