Movie Night & Group Discussion in Spanish

This film -written and directed by Fernando Frías de la Parra- deals with a number of cultural and current issues like la cumbia mexicana, discrimination, violence, identity and immigration, perfect for an in-depth group discussion.

We'll watch small clips of the movie to analyze different aspects of the film and open up the discussion.

NOTE: We recommend you watch 'Ya no estoy aquí' prior to come to the event. We won’t watch the entire film (too long). If you prefer, you can watch the film after the group discussion.
