Tinā tells the story of a teacher forming a choir at a Christchurch private school. This 2024 New Zealand drama film is written and directed by Miki Magasiva. It stars Anapela Polataivao (Mareta) as a dissatisfied substitute teacher... Mareta, grieving her daughter's death in the Christchurch quakes, becomes a substitute teacher at an elite school. Unexpectedly, she discovers students lacking guidance and care, prompting her to provide inspiration and support.
