The demand for organic, biodynamic, natural and sustainable wines keeps growing. The confusion around these labels is huge and the truth not as simple as seems. To clarify, Stephanie sommelier, brings you to the main actors: The wine producers.
Through a wine tour in several vineyards of France; Loire Valley, Champagne, Rhone Valley, Bordeaux and Burgundy, Stephanie meets and questions hundreds of wine producers in an attempt to understand this phenomenon. Virginie Joly, Thierry Germain, Pierre Breton, Sylvain Bock, Ambroise Agrapart and others share their experiences and give their opinions to try to show the viewer to come to their own conclusion.
