Nia combines dance, martial arts, and mindfulness, creating an uplifting experience for all fitness levels. Whether you're a long-time Nia lover or new to the practice, this celebration is the perfect way to honor our community and the joy of movement!Doors open at 6 PM with wine and light refreshments. At 6:30, the dancing kicks off, led by our incredible Nia instructors, Lara and Theresa, along with other MoveStudio Nia teachers joining the celebration.
