Join us tonight for our fun easy chair stretch workshop. My sister has taught me the best stretches to address tension and pain in my body so I can continue in my career. I’m going to share some of those stretches with you from the comfort of a chair. Relax, have a probiotics soda or a Moscow mule and allow yourself to decompress with me, Danielle Colby, then join us right after chair stretch. Yes, at 7pm we will guide ourselves into improvisational movement. We will say yes to dance.
