About this Event
In this gentle session, we begin with mindful movement to awaken the body and release tension. Through simple, flowing yoga postures, we create space, balance, and ease.

This session also includes an introduction to Sahaj Samadhi — a unique, effortless meditation technique that allows the mind to settle naturally into deep rest and inner stillness.
