Join dancer and death doula V in this movement intensive workshop. This workshop will mix movement, journaling and discussion to explore the topic of grief. Please note: Participants will be encouraged to discuss difficult topics. Sharing is not mandatory, but it is encouraged to bring comfort objects like snacks, blankets or the like. Masks are highly encouraged. $10 suggested donation.
