Grief is not something to fix — it’s something to honor. Join us for a gentle and supportive journey through grief in this 4-part workshop series designed to help you move, feel, and have a community to relate to. In your own time, in your own way. Movement Through Grief combines yin yoga, guided meditation, breath work with @briellebrasil , emotional processing, journaling, and intuitive card work, all within a safe and inclusive space. Each session centers on a unique theme related to grief, inviting you to explore the many layers of loss through the wisdom of the body, mind, and heart. Whether your grief stems from the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a pet, an identity, a future that no longer exists — or even a person who is still alive — this space is for you. This offering is open to all who are navigating grief in any form. No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary. All bodies, backgrounds, and experiences are welcome.
Tuscany is a 200-hour RYT certified yoga teacher with a heart-centered focus on mental health, meditation, wellness, and self-love. Her personal journey through grief has shaped the way she holds space — with tenderness, authenticity, and deep compassion. Having experienced many forms of loss herself, and having felt the isolation that often comes with it, she created this workshop to be the kind of community she once longed for — one where grief is not rushed, fixed, or silenced, but seen, heard, and held. You don’t need to carry your grief alone. Tuscany is not a licensed mental health professional; she shares from her personal experience with grief and her training as a yoga teacher. At Big Oak Wellness, we do have licensed mental health professionals on staff who can provide additional support. While we aim to respond within 24 hours, availability cannot always be guaranteed. This workshop is not a substitute for professional therapy or crisis services.
