If you've practiced with Andrea before, this is her last big hoorah before she takes a break for maternity leave. Come celebrate with this beautiful group of individuals!
You'll hear sound frequencies from crystal bowls and chimes while gently moving your body to create space in places that might've stored tension and feel stagnant.
Once your body feels open, we'll immerse ourselves in sound while holding a comfortable savasana or seated meditation.
Simultaneously, the feeling of being surrounded by nature - mother earth - will incapsulate your being. Experiencing the warmth of the sun, breeze on your skin, and sweet smells of plants and flowers.
Through the tools of movement, sound, and stillness you'll start to open up to the wisdom and resources that already lie within you. You don't ever need a reason to empower yourself - why not invest in your wellbeing by self-regulating and checking in?
