About this Event
Discover the joy of movement in this immersive contemporary dance workshop at Lobe 4D Sound Studio. Open to all levels, from experienced dancers to those new to movement, this class invites you to explore your body through guided improvisation. Using imagery and sound as inspiration, we’ll explore textures, sensations, and mindful awareness. This class has a strong emphasis on our connection to the floor, and how we can use that connection to source movement through the body.
Whether you seek creative expression, self-discovery, or simply the freedom to move, this workshop offers a supportive and inclusive space to explore your unique movement voice. As this workshop is hosted at Lobe Studio, class will of course be accompanied by immersive 4D sound!
Duration of the class - 75 minutes.
Classes begin at 7:00pm, doors will be open at 6:45pm
Ages - 14+
