Movement and Mocktails is back! Join us for the perfect fall evening moving our bodies, a mocktail happy hour, and mingling with like-minded people
Event Highlights:
- 30 Min Power Pilates Workout with Alivia from 54 Wellness (6:00 PM - 6:30 PM)
- Happy Hour at Verbena (6:30 PM - 7:30 PM)
- Mingling on the Verbena patio in Hinge Town
Following our workout, we'll head back to Verbena – a free-spirited cocktail bar and café. Each attendee will enjoy an any complimentary "Free Spirited Cocktail, off the menu. Relax and mingle on the back patio to end the evening
**Note:** All fitness levels are welcome. Please bring your own mat or beach towel for the workout. Bala ankle weights will be provided!
