A very warm welcome to this Sunday's session at Summerhill Bowling Club. We will move using the timeless Tree of Life as a focus and guide. No previous experience necessary. Whether this is your first time or you've danced a million times before EVERYBODY is welcome. The dance floor, the other dancers and the drum and I await you. Whatever your state it's all welcome and can be included. Just bring yourself, a willingness to move your body and an open mind. Let's move, breathe, and dance together!
