About this Event
Enjoy an asana flow honoring the Gods and Goddesses followed by a magical mantra experience. Beginning by connecting to Spirit through meditation, essential oil aromatherapy, breath, and a collective oracle card reading. Transitioning from inward stillness to a mindful yogic practice as Deonna guides you through an asana flow that will evoke and align with the energy of the Hindu deity that we will be focusing on. Coming back to stillness during a restful savasana, allowing the movement and the shift in energy to integrate into the physical body. Closing our journey with a short heart opening mantra practice using the vibrational healing of our own voices supported by the rhythmic sound of rattles and drums. Each time we gather we will work with one specific mantra and the deity that it honors.
Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
