Movement Lab Zurich is curating a series of sessions that include Gaga/people and other contemporary dance practices by a pool of experienced teachers in the realm of movement research, improvisation, and somatics. Each week a different movement practitioner shares their approach to movement and dancing, emphasising playfulness, exploration and curiosity while strengthening awareness of the body-mind relationship.Expect each session to connect you with your body, the joy of moving and to expand the range of your physical abilities.
