About this Event
We will use the impulse of music, breath, and relationship – to gravity, the space, sound, and the groove we create collectively – to take you deeper into your natural movement. We will dance continuously for one hour.
Our focus will be on the awareness of the body’s structures and processes as it moves through space, rather than performance or looking "good". The practice’s essence lies in slowing down enough to observe what's happening through kinaesthetic sensing.
The underlying purpose or aim is to experience the different parts and layers of the body coming together. With the assumption that when the body can be sensed as a unit we have access to use it in more creative, spontaneous, and effective ways (including the mind).

The price of the session is $10. You can Venmo, Zelle, or bring cash to the class.
Bring water and something comfortable to move and sweat in. We will be moving barefoot. No shoes are required, but you can wear them if needed.

I work with the body and trust in its intelligence. There’s often unseen stress from overwhelming experiences stored in our tissues. My work helps you to connect with and embrace these unmet tensions, creating space for new choices and agency. My somatic coaching leverages movement practices, breathwork, bodywork, and meditation - all of which I work with through the lens of relationship. Your natural rhythm is the place where flow can be felt and lived. My work serves to create spaces where people can get in touch with their natural expression.
