We’re really shakin’ things up this next quarter! Shimmy on over to the Alabama Museum of Natural History on April 29 from 5:45 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. for DAZE Rave! We had a bright idea to make this Movement class drenched in neon. It’s a new class, a new instructor, but hopefully the same you and definitely the same old us.Each session of “Movement in the Museum” is hosted by a trained University Recreation instructor and this class will be beginner friendly and have chair poses available for those who need them.
Participants must be 18+ and will be required to sign a liability waiver. You will need to bring your own mat and water.
