Most pregnant women don't realize that moving their changing bodies can improve their birth experience. Simple movements like stretching or an assisted squat can make labor easier, and sometimes faster.. Whether you're going into delivery as a seasoned pro or a first time mom with no idea what to expect, you WILL learn something beneficial at each class!Raven will lead a beginner and belly-friendly Prenatal Yoga class, then we will discuss how the poses can provide physical comfort during labor. Come ask questions and have open, honest conversations about pregnancy, labor, and everything that comes after! Our intention for this class is to also provide attendees with a supportive community of mothers/parents
Join us on the last Sunday of the month until December (15th) for any or all of the 4 classes in this series. Sliding scale for class cost (per person), so pay what you can ($15, $20 or $25). Register using the event link (click, then scroll to the date of class).
