This class is designed for pregnant and/or postpartum moms + babies!This group class is a fitness-light class where we will flow through specific movements that enhance pelvic floor and core recovery while using your baby (if postpartum) as a weight (we will occasionally utilize other props as well). These movements will focus on proper posture, muscular activation, and breathing mechanics to encourage strength, flexibility, and endurance while also mimicking daily functional movements to help you feel stronger for everyday mom life. This class will help you become stronger, recover from pregnancy/postpartum, and heal from the aches/pains of motherhood!
