Movement For All: Contemporary Dance feat. Nicole Chai

The open contemporary dance class is suitable for dancers age 12 & up, with some background in dance. This class will cover basic contemporary dance techniques.

Movements are based on flow, groundedness and spine articulation. Dancers will also learn a short movement phrase at the end of each class.

Upon registering for the class, please make payment to secure a spot in the class. An email with payment details will be sent to you upon registration.
