Movement Flow is an art that combines the soft and soothing aspects of floorwork, the strength and agility of acrobatics and the creativity of dance. An important part of our movement practice is the intention to connect, both to ourselves, to others and to our physical surroundings. Movement Flow is for us a physical artform, a way to ground and a way to express ourselves.The Movement Flow system contains a set of moves, like a toolbox, from which we can explore and create. In this weekend intensive we will systematically teach most of the moves from the first level.
Everyone is always welcome to join at their own level. We love to explore and adapt the moves so that we all can enjoy the practice in our own body. Come play with us and we might even get happier, stronger and more flexible in the process.
We recommend that you bring clothes that cover knees, shoulders and elbows, since we will be sliding on the floor. You can also bring knee pads if you have sensitive knees.

Gunnhildur Mjelde
- Gunnhildur has a background in dance, currently dancing Contemporary dance, Floorwork and Contact Improvisation. She is teaching yoga, dance and Movement Flow. What I love about Movememt Flow is the language it gives for self expression. It is a way to explore movements and emotions.
Maria Lampadari
- Maria has a background from acrobatics, martial art and yoga. She is a Movement Flow and Acroyoga instructor and has been teaching classes and workshops since 2018. Movement Flow inspires me because it opens the possibilities for creativity and for allowing everyone to express their own energy and physical qualities.
