Amid the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, I invite you to pause, breathe, move gently and reconnect with yourself. This is your moment to slow down, ground your energy and reset from the inside out.

We’ll begin with a gentle yin-inspired stretch and breath practice, designed to melt tension, open the body, and soothe the nervous system.

You’ll then be guided into a fully immersive savasana and sound bath, featuring crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, a free-notes wave drum, rain drum, gong, and more—creating a layered soundscape to support deep rest, energetic realignment, and full-body rejuvenation.

This class is suitable for all levels.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and please bring a yoga mat and some water.
