We’ll begin with gentle, flowing movements to awaken the spine and release tension. As we connect more deeply with the breath, you’ll feel your energy becoming lighter, clearer, and more expansive.
We’ll then surrender into the healing resonance of a Tibetan singing bowl sound bath—an immersive experience that allows your whole being to drop into deep relaxation, balance, and inner harmony.
