Join us for a Movement Beach Day, where we all get to run around, play, swim, build sand castles, and do whatever type of beach inspired movement we want!
We will be meeting at Oceanfront Park - Jacksonville Beach at 9:00 a.m. They have plenty of parking located to the right of the park, bathrooms, volleyball, and covered areas if you need them. We will plan to meet up in the park, and then we can head on down to the beach for some ocean fun!
Bring friends, family, or whoever you would like to spend the morning with at this enjoyable and relaxing beach event. Beach days can be so lovely when you have a group of people to share the enjoyment with, and we may even get the opportunity to meet new movement friends.

We encourage you to bring your own water, snacks, drinks, towels, suits, sunscreen, hats, umbrellas, surf boards, boogie boards, castle building materials, and anything else your heart desires.
