We’ve had some requests for children’s sessions in King’s Lynn following the success of our summer programme and we’re excited to trial some new after-school sessions this autumn!✨ These sessions are:
Open to all ages
Fun, inclusive, and relaxed
Designed with mindfulness in mind
A mix of movement, creativity, and calm
Each session will take place in the main hall with soft music, gentle lighting, and projector lights. We usually begin with a movement sequence (yoga), then move into creativity such as crafting or painting, and finish with calming practices like meditation.
📍 Locations: South Lynn.. PS - We will be putting dates on in Fairstead as well, just waiting on confirmation
📅 Upcoming Dates (South Lynn): 15th Sep & 29th Sep - 6.45pm
💛 These 2 sessions are completely free to attend as they have been fully funded - They would usually be £5 per child (adults are welcome to stay)
💛 If your child feels unsure of what to expect, this is the perfect chance to come along and try it out in a safe, welcoming space.
💛 We are trialling these two sessions to gauge interest — so if you’d like to see this become a regular offering, please book on and let us know.
